We are Hilde & Frank, originally from Belgium (Limburg, Pelt).
In 2016 we arrived in Vera Playa for the first time. We immediately fell in love with the area. We were drawn by the openness and tranquility that Vera Playa shows.
An extensive beach with some chiringuitos, to enjoy a drink or a meal while walking on the beach was something we thought was amazing !
You won't find any shopping streets our crowded bars. But there are several restaurants and a supermarket within walking distance. This was peace we were looking for.
We also like exploring the area and discover some cities. Vera Playa is perfect for this because within an hour or 2 you can reach cities like Almeria, Murcia, Cartagena, Alicante and Granada.
Our love was so big that we didn't hesitate to buy an apartment ourselves for rental purposes.
In February 2023 we even decided to leave Belgium behind and move to the area. We sold our house in Belgium and bought an old cortigo in Los Gallardos, it's our dream house !
Frank retired last year, but I, Hilde, wasn't ready for this yet. That's when we decided to take care of rental, reception and maintenance ourselves. We now do this for other home-owners as well, so that they too can enjoy a carefree rental of their holiday home.
